The Journal of American Kava, published by the American Kava Association, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Editorial
Tyler Blythe — Editor. MBA; BA in English and Cultural Anthropology, University of California, Davis. Twenty years in kava commerce and ten in cultivation across California and Florida. Co-founder of the American Kava Association. He is an author on a substantial share of what the journal publishes; how those papers are handled is set out under editorial policies.
Supporting data
The journal does not host data files. Primary data for most papers are held by the corresponding author and are available to stakeholders in the American kava growing industry — a working definition the association applies as at least one acre in production and a contract for licensed planting material. Where a paper sets more open terms, its data availability statement says so.
The association's site
Summaries, commentary and practical discussion of this journal's papers, written for growers and operators, are published by the American Kava Association. The version of record for every paper is the article page on this site.
